Ann Arbor YMCA

Once familiar with the sucecss of the new website for the YMCA of Metropolitan Detroit, the Ann Arbor YMCA approached Boxcar Studio for a redesign of their online presence. The result is an original design that hints at roots shared with the Detroit Y, built instead on the open-source Drupal CMS.

Facing an ever expanding list of activies and programs and a website that was growing exponentially in size, the YMCA of Metropolitan Detroit approach Boxcar Studio for assistance in designing a new site that would be powered by the Kintera CMS. In addition to an original design we furnished page templates and handled initial configuration of the CMS so that staff at the YMCA could populate content in-house.

Nanda Home

Nanda Home, Inc. - makers of the popular Clocky alarm clock - selected Boxar Studio for the implementation of their redesigned website and online store. The resulting site utilizes PHP, Ajax and extensive JavaScript-based animation to deliver a refined, 'high-end' user experience.

Following an initial exploratory phase - including benchmarking, staff/visitor surveys and market research - this new design was produced for MBGNA. University staff then implemented the website in-house from page templates and styling furnished by Boxcar Studio.
