Justin Todd

Owner/Director of Production

Justin brings a broad range of online experience to Boxcar Studio, having worked in a number of creative environments since he began designing and building websites in 1996. He is an alumnus of the University of Michigan and holds multiple degrees in the arts and humanities. When he's not designing or building for the web, Justin enjoys tinkering with small displacement motorcycles and playing bass guitar.

LANI CHISNELL

Owner/Creative Director

Lani began experimenting with this new-fangled thing called the World Wide Web back in 1994. With a B.A. in English and a Master's degree in Information and Library Science, she brings a unique perspective to the Boxcar team. Lani has 12 years of professional experience creating interactive solutions from concept development to site architecture to visual aesthetics. When she's not designing websites, she's restoring her 1920s-era bungalow.

T.J. SMITH

Owner/Director of Production

T.J.'s specialty is systems architecture, web programming, e-commerce integration, database development and integration, and a pinch of search engine marketing. Having graduated with an Information Systems Management degree from Kettering University, he comes to Boxcar Studio with an extensive background in web development and project management and has nearly 15 years of professional experience. When he finds a break from the office, you might find T.J. casting a fly rod on the Rifle or taking the little guy for a ride on the tractor.

MICHAEL IANNACCONE

Production Specialist

As a Production Specialist, Michael focuses on turning great designs into working websites. He specializes in front end coding and QA testing. He enjoys creating standards-compliant websites that take advantage of the enhanced features of the latest web browsers, while also ensuring that sites remain accessable for older web browsers. When he's not working on the web Michael enjoys listening to classical music and watching old movies.

CHRISTOPHER MCGARRY

Lead Designer

Chris McGarry specializes in web design with a nearly unhealthy affinity for CSS and user interface design. Chris has been designing and building websites for over 10 years and enjoys creating new and innovative ways of presenting information that connects and engages end users. Chris has worked with a wide range of clients from Fortune 500 companies to indie startups and non-profit groups. In his off time, Chris enjoys creating music and sound effects for videogames and playing guitar.
